Andrew Calendar Service

The Andrew Calendar service is a university-wide calendar management and scheduling system. It allows you to create an individual calendar and to track appointments and meetings.  Calendars may also be requested to track or schedule resources.

Access the Calendar

You can access your Andrew Calendar by using the web client, or by downloading and installing the desktop client software. Also, Andrew Calendar is accessible from the Andrew UNIX environment--just type oraclecalendar at the system prompt.

Request an Account

To use Andrew Calendar, you must have an Andrew Calendar account. To create your account visit:
https://calendar.andrew.cmu.edu/cgi-bin/user/create.

Create resources

If your department or group needs to schedule rooms, equipment or other calendar "resources", an account needs to be created for each of those resources. To request an account for a resource, complete the Requesting a Resource form.
